No Cancellation Policy
All products have a strict NO CANCELLATION policy. All blouses and sarees are custom-made on orders and will not be cancelled once the order is placed under any circumstances.

Note: Dii Nesavu reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, unavailability of stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your saree (in case of any damage), we are happy to exchange it for another product of equal or higher value.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- Free from any alterations or damage caused by the customer
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process an exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video from start to finish without any cuts or edits. This video must include:
- The intact outer packaging
- Product opening process
- Clear visibility of the defect or damage
Without an unboxing video, the exchange will not be processed.

Within 3 working days of delivery
Please Note
Each saree is custom woven. Border, pallu, motifs, and pattern placements may differ from the reference images. These variations occur naturally in handloom weaving and reflect the authenticity of the craft.
The following cannot be considered defects:
- Slight differences in shade due to weaving batches or lighting
- Minute thread pulling
- Minor variations in pattern placement
No Cash Refunds
Cash refunds will not be given. Only exchange for another product of equal or higher value is available.
