Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select the saree you love, click "Buy Now" or add to cart. Fill in shipping details, choose UPI payment, and confirm. You'll receive confirmation via email and WhatsApp.

Can I modify my order?

Orders can only be modified within 2 hours of placing them and before shipping. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if needed. Strictly no cancellation policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI payments only - Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm. All payments are secured with SSL encryption.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will delivery take?

You'll receive your products within 3-15 working days (holidays included). You'll receive tracking details once shipped.

What are the shipping charges?

Tamil Nadu: ₹80 per saree

South India: ₹100 per saree

North India: ₹150 per saree

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive tracking via email and WhatsApp. You can also use our Track Order page with your Order ID and phone number.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. For international orders, please contact us and we'll try to make special arrangements.

Returns & Exchanges

What if I received a damaged product?

We do not offer cash refunds. At Diinesavu, each product is quality checked, verified, and then shipped, but we understand that manual errors can happen — so we offer to exchange the product or issue a store gift card if you prefer. See our Exchange Policy.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please email us at diinesavu@gmail.com with your order number and clear pictures of the product within 24 hours of delivery. We'll replace the product or issue a store gift card.

How does the exchange process work?

The product needs to be shipped back to our address by the customer — we don't have reverse pickup at the moment (we're working on it). Once received, we'll send a replacement or issue a store gift card. Cash refunds are not given, only exchange.

Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?

Strictly no return or exchange on stitched blouses, ready-to-wear sarees, custom-made products, and made-on-order products.

Are the colors exactly as shown?

We try to capture accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and natural variations in handwoven fabrics. Each piece is unique!

How should I care for my saree?

• Dry clean recommended for silk • Hand wash cotton in cold water • Dry in shade, store in muslin bag
