How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select the saree you love, click "Buy Now" or add to cart. Fill in shipping details, choose UPI payment, and confirm. You'll receive confirmation via SMS and WhatsApp.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them and before shipping. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI payments only - Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm. All payments are secured with SSL encryption.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery: 5-7 business days. Metro cities: 3-5 days. Remote areas may take 2-3 additional days. You'll receive tracking details once shipped.

What are the shipping charges?

Tamil Nadu: ₹80 per saree

South India: ₹100 per saree

North India: ₹150 per saree

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive tracking via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also use our Track Order page with your Order ID and phone number.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. For international orders, please contact us and we'll try to make special arrangements.

Can I return a product for a refund?

We do not offer refunds. However, we're happy to exchange your product for another saree of equal or higher value within 7 days of delivery. See our Exchange Policy.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 24 hours with a 360-degree unboxing video (without cuts or edits). We'll arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Are the colors exactly as shown?

We try to capture accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and natural variations in handwoven fabrics. Each piece is unique!

How should I care for my saree?

• Dry clean recommended for silk • Hand wash cotton in cold water • Dry in shade, store in muslin bag
